How do I hire a van?

You can hire a van via our website, using our  simple online order process. It is not possible to make a booking over the phone.

What are the methods of payment for Pro-Van Hire services?

You can pay by debit or credit card using our encrypted online payment service.

Can I modify a reservation?

Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your reservation after approving it, you must login on our website using the details you provided and the reservation code.

To extend the hire period of an active booking you will need to call us on 0330 133 0191.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. If you would like to change or cancel a booking after approving it, you must log into your account (Charges apply) for all booking cancellations.

Where can the van be delivered to and where can the van be collected from?

We deliver and collect vans to the following locations

Vans can only be delivered to the primary hirer’s address. (This must match the address on the hirer’s driving licence and debit or credit card used to pay.)

We can collect a van from a location other than the hirer’s address. The collection address must be agreed by us and the hirer in advance of the collection date.

Do you deliver vans outside of London?

Yes, but at present only to some surrounding counties. You can call us 0330 133 0191 for delivery location enquires.

Are the vans insured?

Yes, all of our vehicles come insured with Third Party insurance.

What should I do, if the van breaks down?

If your van breaks down, please call us immediately on 0330 133 0191 or alternative the breakdown and recovery service number provided at the time of hire.

What should I do, if I have an accident?

If you have an  accident, you must follow our accident procedure and call us immediately when it is safe to do so on, 0330 133 0191.

You must also complete an accident report form.
